HYUN LOGIS · ROUTEMATE
AI-powered last-mile delivery collaboration
Hyun Logis is a two-person parcel delivery crew in Gumi, South Korea, delivering every day since July 2025. We build RouteMate with Claude: a layer that runs alongside the carrier's delivery app and adds what it lacks for a crew — your partner's location, voice updates, and who has how many parcels left.

How we work today
Every day, each of us runs the carrier's delivery app for parcels, while we coordinate in a Discord voice channel. Discord carries our voices, but it can't tell us where the other person is, how many parcels they have left, or what we agreed on five stops ago. RouteMate is the tool we're building to fix that for ourselves first.
The problem
Many parcel deliveries in Korea are run by two-person crews. Each carrier has its own delivery app for scanning and proof of delivery, but none of them help two partners work as one team. So crews like ours fill the gap with phone calls and a voice chat app.
"I'll take 104, you take 302" is said once in a voice channel and then it's gone. There's no record and no task, so things get missed.
To meet up or hand over parcels, you have to call and ask. Neither the carrier app nor the chat app shows your partner's location.
One partner falls behind while the other finishes early. Rebalancing comes down to guesswork over the phone.
Our solution
RouteMate doesn't replace the carrier's delivery app. It runs in the background next to it: a small floating bubble on screen, with location and voice working while you deliver.
How we work with Claude
We're delivery workers, not a software team. Claude is how we do the engineering work, and it will be the AI inside the product.

Delivery status · in v0.1
Team progress at a glance
Completed vs. remaining parcels for the whole team and each partner, plus a route map of who covers which building.
Pair collaboration · in v0.1
Two people, one shared view
Hand over parcels to your partner, accept or decline, report issues, and chat — switch A/B in the prototype to try both sides.
Voice messages · next: v0.2
Speak once, AI organizes it
A short voice note becomes a structured task with the building, parcel count, and assignee filled in.
Workload balancing · rule-based in v0.1
Finish the route together
When one partner falls behind, RouteMate suggests which stops to move — a person always confirms.
Prototype v0.1 uses sample route data and saves only in your browser. Claude voice-to-task and real-time sync between both phones are the next releases — see the build log.
About us
Hyun Logis is a parcel delivery business based in Gumi, South Korea, founded in July 2025. We run a two-person delivery crew and work our route every day.
RouteMate grew out of that work. We run the carrier's app for parcels and talk in a Discord voice channel, and we kept hitting the same problems: updates lost in voice, not knowing where the other person is, and uneven workloads. We build RouteMate with Claude, use it on our own route first, and then bring it to the many two-person crews who work the same way.
