What we have built so far

RouteMate is built by Hyun Logis, a parcel delivery business in Gumi, South Korea. We ship small, working pieces and test them against how our own two-person crews actually deliver. This page records each release.

Releases

1. Oct 8, 2026 · v0.1

   Web app prototype for two-person crews

   The first version of the app delivery workers will use on the road. It runs in a phone browser with sample route data.

   • Team progress: delivered vs. remaining for the crew and for each partner
   • Route map of buildings, colored by who is covering each one
   • Stops list with one-tap delivery counting
   • Handoffs: send some or all parcels of a stop to your partner; they accept or decline, and the stop lists update
   • Issue reports (gate locked, recipient absent, …) shared with the partner
   • Team chat with quick replies and browser voice input
   • Rule-based workload balance suggestion — always confirmed by a person
   • End-of-day report with timeline and a copyable summary

2. Oct 7, 2026

   Website and Claude task-extraction service

   Launched routemate.kr and wrote the server endpoint that sends a worker's free-form update to Claude and gets back structured tasks.

   • Input: a voice transcript or short text, in Korean or English
   • Output (JSON schema): action, building, parcel count, from/assignee, priority, note
   • Per-IP and daily rate limits; API key kept outside the web root

3. Jul 28, 2025

   Hyun Logis founded

   Parcel delivery business registered in Gumi. Running routes as a crew is where the problems RouteMate solves came from.
